Got housekeeping when I didn’t want it Came in while I was sleeping Woke me up 2 days in a row Then when I needed housekeeping they said it was by request only?!? Cold shower Spoke to front desk didn’t seem to care about my issues

1) there were extra fees to total $200.00 tacked on to our check in. These were not expected, and I was never told in advance you would add those. Very displeased by that. 2) Not one (1) time during our 4 night stay, was our room ever cleaned. No trash taken out, no fresh towels, no fresh sheets. So I could NOT recommend this property to anyone.

We arrived just 1-hour before regular check-in time. We asked if we could get an early check-in since we were all in church dress and needed to change clothes for our kids cross country meet. The staff refused and pointed us to some bathrooms that our family could change in instead. This was awkward since we had three girls in dresses and two boys in shirt and tie. TV didn't work. 😥 I've stayed at this hotel many times and the staff is great and the rooms are very nice. This trip was no different, however my TV wouldn't work. I told the front desk and she placed a work order with maintenance. A couple of hours later I asked about it and she said that they had all gone home for the day, but it would be fixed the next morning. They we're booked, so another room wasn't available. We had MASSIVE issues when we checked in. They charged/pre-auth'd my credit card for ($372) and then it wouldn't accept or check us in. Then we used another card ($372) and had the same issue (total of $774). They finally changed us to a cash customer and got us checked in. The next morning, the second card we used was charged another $186 (now a total of $960) in a pre-auth. We had to cancel the rest of our trip due to the multiple pre-auths that were done because we weren't going to be able to pay for other hotels waiting ... read more
