    So far have never been able to get app to connect to home wifi router. Even bought an outdoor antenna to boost signal. Have full wifi signal at controller unit. And....now I can't even keep the controller connect to my phone directly with wifi direct to adjust my pump. Not sure if controller is faulty or app no good. very frustrating to pay 1800.00 for a upgraded pump with remote controls and they don't work!

    The app is below average but the support from Zodiac is the big joke. Their servers in Amazon go offline and you cant control your pool. Total fail. And their support are gone weekends. A pool tech system with no support on weekends by a global company. Epic fail.

    the app hangs on set up. i can connect to my 9650iq WiFi signal, but when trying to complete setup the app just hangs until the wifi on the 9650iq times out. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, nothing works. looks like they have some issues with compatibility with some phones. i spent $1400 on my pool cleaner, partly for smartphone capability, and this is a huge bust.

    App has turned useless, says that it can't operate because pool is in "service mode", but checking the physical pool equipment shows that the pool is not in service mode... So app is useless and with no way to fix it... Disappointing

    STILL WAITING ON RED AS A SOLO COLOR. IT'S 2019 AND MY APP IS STILL ANTIQUATED WITH NO UPDATE FOR 2 YEARS!! I RETRACTED MY LAST RATING OF 1 STAR OUT OF KINDNESS. THIS ONE STAYS UNTIL I GET AN UPDATE. SEEING RED!? NOT YET!

    excellent functions but just installed iAquaLink device today... stay tuned. having difficulty connecting (not a WIFI problem) with the web application to schedule pump, lights, cleaner etc.

    Great concept and very useful when it works. Having a lot of the same issues as other users. Connectivity is horrible. Don't understand why it's required to go to the web view for a lot of the functions. Web has terrible GUI and can be easily fixed by a developer and always loses connection. I have excellent wi-fi.

    Used the app now for about 4 months on a new pool install. Overall, nothing special - often frustrating. I consistently "lose connection" when trying to turn on/off components, or make changes through the web connect portal. My house has plenty of Wi-Fi coverage and strong signal throughout the yard. My pool installer even was having trouble on his iPad keeping stable connection to the equipment through that version of the app. The android version of the app hasn't been updated in over 2 years?? So much potential for improve... read more
