This app is so frustrating. Almost every time I use it and push a button my selection hardly ever executes. Then I get a No Connection error message and can't log in for a couple of minutes. When I finally get back in I am fighting with the app to have my selection take. Very difficult to use. Tried using it on a Samsung and iPhone, same result. My Internet is strong, this is the ONLY item I have trouble with in my whole house.
App has been flakey since day one and after a year of constant issues after every update I'm about over it... So sick of uninstalling and reinstalling just to fix issues. Three different devices and two different routers later I can only blame zodiac maintenance of it's servers over and over. Come on guys what is it now like 4 updates in two months and now my systems off as I know it's costing me a good chunk a cash in electric just by the sound of my pump. Great app when it worked but since the update lost control of my robot vx65 iq cleaner now it says always offline

I don't understand why you guys can't make it stable where it works every time without glitching out. That's a pretty important part of having wireless remote access. Please fix and I'll gladly give 5 stars
