    The one thing for sure about this app...it never works. A real waste of money (thousands) to convert to this system.

    Internet connection is terrible. Keeps going offline, almost every evening at the same time. Now it won't connect at all. I hate this thing. One week later. Tried your suggestion. Thing still won't hold a wifi connection with a router 8 ft from it. I would LOVE to use my pool fully, but.... this thing sucks.

    I im a Jandy technican in Florida and I have over hundred clients on my app . Most of the time the app takes far to long to open. At other times its within a minute. I was told about month ago that a update for Android devices would be available. Nothing yet.

    Getting connection errors last couple of weeks, after doing well for about 10 months, on my home network and cell network. Suggestions? Tried to use app to send message, but not allowing me to. Tried all usual stuff, reset app, phone, router, etc.

    So far I'm super frustrated with this app and especially frustrated there isn't a remote option instead of using an app that works MAYBE 15% of the time to control our new pool. What use is an app to run a pool that won't load EVER and the 15% of the time it does it takes minutes to connect?

    Please fix your damn app. Every couple of months, on a Friday night, you decide to make back end changes that effs up the app. Get some real IT guys please.

    This app glitches out and locks up almost every time I use it. several times I've had to completely unplug the whole system to unlock. The program runs perfect daily, it's only when I try operate outside the daily program that I have issues. like if you want to heat the spa or run longer during a shock treatment.
