    app does not work correctly for Pixel 3 running Android 9 setup does not work correctly for robotic cleaner

    Interface is very non user friendly. Wifi connection isn't working half the time. i can turn on the spa settings with wifi but try to adjust any settings in the web menu and I get 'waiting for connection'. i have just installed this Jandy panel and still getting used to it but it used to be easy when I had just the Jandy pump on the app. Now trying to adjust the variable speed seems to require me to go deep in the web system when before it was just a toggle on the main screen. Very frustrating.

    Been over a month and we have not been able to connect to the pool. we upgraded our internet service, our wireless and now even hardwired the connection to the pool controller. Unbelievable that we are not able to use our pool components

    Last six months have been terrible with this app.Wifi seemed to stop working. spent $400 on new router, still horrible connection. just installed direct ethernet connection. still not connecting. At this point the iaqua link 2 is useless. I would not recommend this product. Looking for other options.

    The app continuously sends me a no connection error or lost connection error. I have excellent internet service. My entire home is wireless and I have no issues with any other apps on my phone. I don't understand why this app has so many issues connecting. who wants to use a laptop to run their pool. this is my only option since the app doesn't work again!

    Terrible App. Pay a lot of money for a pool with automatic controls and get a really poor app that won't let you control it conveniently.

    So far have never been able to get app to connect to home wifi router. Even bought an outdoor antenna to boost signal. Have full wifi signal at controller unit. And....now I can't even keep the controller connect to my phone directly with wifi direct to adjust my pump. Not sure if controller is faulty or app no good. very frustrating to pay 1800.00 for a upgraded pump with remote controls and they don't work!

    The app is below average but the support from Zodiac is the big joke. Their servers in Amazon go offline and you cant control your pool. Total fail. And their support are gone weekends. A pool tech system with no support on weekends by a global company. Epic fail.

    the app hangs on set up. i can connect to my 9650iq WiFi signal, but when trying to complete setup the app just hangs until the wifi on the 9650iq times out. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, nothing works. looks like they have some issues with compatibility with some phones. i spent $1400 on my pool cleaner, partly for smartphone capability, and this is a huge bust.
