"Infiniti service " Danny has been my service manager for about 6 years now(2 vehicles). He is always very helpful and accommodating. He is Knowledgeable about my vehicle and takes his time in explaining the services performed. My vehicle is always ready at or before the time he quotes me. I would recommend Danny highly.

"Professional Service" Everytime I go in for an oil change or any type of service I am in & out as promised! I am kept informed of any and everything that is going on with my Q50. I recommend taking your vehicle to Schumacher in West Palm Beach. It's not only a professional atmosphere it's also clean & spacious. I absolutely love it! Although Chris Tyson was being verbally assaulted by some woman, he maintained his professionalism.

"AMAZING - Customer Service" This was my first visit to the service department. I was assigned to Carrie, she was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, her communication while my vehicle was being inspected was top notch. You can tell she truly cares. I had to take a shuttle to my office, they were quick and friendly. The work performed was done quickly. The service department is top notch. Ask for Carrie when you make an appointment, you won't be disappointed! She rocks!
