My reservation was canceled by the hotel. Because they were over booked. Shouldn’t be able to get a room online through Expedia if they can just cancel on you

The blanket in the closet was dirty and smelled like smoke
Booked reservation on Expedia. I was called by the Casino manager to tell me that there were no rooms, and that it was an Expedia problem, and I would need to deal with the cancelation and refund myself. Expedia does not make up the quantity of rooms available - their reservations are synched, so the casino had an issue. I know this because I own vacation homes and list on expedia. All I wanted was for the casino to deal with the issue, and the manager was adamant that would not happen. Expedia still showed 4 rooms available... read more
This place needs a total update. Not happy about the stay. We woke up and felt like we smoked all night.

Room was dirty. Hair in shower . Headboard was filthy. The best part of the hotel is the pool and arcade . This is our 3 rd year in a row staying here and each year it has progressively gotten worse. This will be our last stay.
