Terrible customer service Front desk took a half hour to find my reservation at 2 am when all I wanted to do was go to sleep. Employee helping me was clueless on how to fix the situation

Was treated rudely by a young front desk guy he was sarcastic and short tempered with myself and other customers. Not a good 1st opinon!!!

The casino was way too Smokey !! People not wearing mask!! Front desk clerk acted irritated I was asking questions! We have stayed there others times was way better was very disappointed this trip!!

6:30 p.m. is check in time. Not 4:00 p.m. Something was really off. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Our group arrived at 6:00 p.m. and were told room was NOT READY! On site manager was very blunt that he could only give is $10.00 in free play. Stated nothing more he could do. We finally were able to get in the room at 6:30 p.m. The scene looked like it should at 11:00 a.m. Cleaning personnel looked extremely stressed. I hope this is an isolated incident. Very Smokey inside whole building. Blanket on bed had lots of hair on it

Casino was nice...did not like no mucrowave in room..and many children in pool with no supervision
