Have always had my G35 serviced at the dealership (Charles Barker). Took the car in for oil change and detail; the service department said I needed $3000 worth of repairs to the drive knuckle, tire rods and boots, brakes, ect... Told them I wanted a second opinion. Years prior had used JAM for my 1990 4-Runner until it died. Decdided to go to JAM for another look. Only thing that was necessary were the brakes. Thank goodness I went here. Car runs great and they now have my service.

It is refreshing today to find a family type honest auto repair facility. Japanese Auto Masters has worked on our vehicles for several years. The work is reasonable, fast, thorough, and flawless. Today I asked the manager why my brakes squeeled when I first went out of my driveway. He said it was natural from condensation and not to worry about it. We have been overseas almost 12 years and are happy to return to this area to receive competent care of our auto. Dennis was very helpful in explaining the diagnosis of our car and we will definitely have future service done@ Japanese Auto Masters!

As always, JAM took care of my problem for a reasonable price and in a timeframe that was as promised. Dennis with whom I worked was very helpful in explaining what was going on. When I picked up my vehicle, he even took time to add some brake fluid in order to make my emergency brake light turn off, something that I was bothered by but didn't know how to fix. I always take my Hondas and Isuzu to JAM, because I trust them.

Good service by good people for a resonable price. I have work done on both of my vehicles at Japanese Auto Masters. I would recommend to anyone to have your vehicle service at Japanese Auto Masters.

Took my Eclipse in on the last day before my inspection was expired, got there by 8 am and my car was done by 9:30. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts, and very well priced.
