Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

As usual a very courteous staff. Vehicle work was completed on time and at a reasonable price. I have been getting most of my work done at the dealership and paying to much. Japanese Auto Masters does the work and I don't feel like I am being overcharged. I have had several services here and plan to continue having all of my auto work done here. It is nice to find a repair shop that I feel I can trust.
