Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

It is always such a pleasant experience bringing my car in for service. The staff is so knowledgable, professional, and curtious. I NEVER hesitate to give them the authority to do "whatever" maintenance/service they feel my car requires at the time. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just recently our son deployed. We are now in charge of his vehicle.We called for an appointment and the next day at 7:30 A.M. we were there. A couple of hours later we picked up the truck. The service is wonderful! We are always greeted warmly as if part of the family.We wouldn't take our business anywhere else.

As usual, great service, but just one small problem. I asked for the brake fluid to be flushed and changed, not the power steering fluid! The brake fluid had been noted as dirty on the last couple of visits, so I'm not sure quite why you flushed the power steering fluid.
