Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Took my Eclipse in on the last day before my inspection was expired, got there by 8 am and my car was done by 9:30. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts, and very well priced.
I'm a regular customer and wouldnet go anywhere else to obtain service on my 2003 Highlander. The service is top notch and the staff are professional and couteous. And, they dont try to sell you anything you dont need. As a women, I appreciate that. kkmerritt

It just never fails to impress me. The service at Japaneses Auto Masters is terrific! I have been using them since Tommy Potter had his little shop near Oceanna about 25 years ago. He sold me my daughter's 1st car - a little fixer upper. Since then, they have been the only ones to service my Eagle Talon - which is over 20 yrs old. Now, they will be servicing my Nissan Xterra.
