Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Wife's car died on the side of the road, had it towed in and the guys were able to fit it in despite being very busy - had it diagnosed and fixed in an hour - saved the day

Once again Japanese Auto Masters shines with an amazing repair and service at a totally fair price. Our 2002 Land Cruiser was over heating and went in for repair. I made an appointment online and dropped the vehicle off earlier than I planned and did not expect them to get to it until our scheduled appointment. The team at Japanese Auto Masters jumped into action and found a faulty thermostat and leaking water pump.
