Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

The brakes on my Tacoma started grinding which means they were very worn. Called Japanese Auto Masters and dropped my truck off overnight. They checked out the braking system called me and explained what work was needed, why, and cost. The Tacoma was ready the next day. I've been taking our cars to them for years. Reliable, honest and never a problem with the work done.
