Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

As always everything was performed as expected. I had them check out a problem with exhaust leakage. I had them do this so that when I take it to the dealer for a covered warranty issue I know exactly what the problem is. I trust Japanese Auto Masters to give me the information I need to make the dealers due what they should. Great professional service. This was by far the best repair facility I’ve dealt with in a long time, I usually do my own work, but this time was concerned that the breaking of my timing belt caused more damaged, so on the recommendation of a friend I gave them a call. Delivered the truck on Friday and it was ready for pick up on Monday. They could have said there was more damage but they didn’t, HONESTY is hard to find these days, but I feel confident in saying that if ever there was a need this would be the place to go.
