Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I have never experienced such superior service, I'm now a customer for life! I do my own auto repair for a hobby but couldn't solve this particular problem. The experts at Japanese Auto Masters figured out quickly that I put in a faulty part. The dialogue was prompt, courteous, and their mechanical competence is unquestioned. I couldn't have been more pleased, with service like this there is no reason for me to attempt my own repairs!
