Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Excellent customer service. The agent fully explained the issues with my car and how they would fix them. The overall exam of my car was extremely thorough. Not thrilled with the price of the labor but feel secure that the work was done to the utmost quality. Since I spent close to $2000, it would be nice if you offered a free vacuum or interior cleaning. Martha, Ironically the Radio code issue is only present on the Honda and Acura vehicles, and as such it would be nice if the dealer provided the code to the owners of the vehicles at point-of-purchase so that anyone replacing the battery or having to disconnect it during service would be able to immediately reinstate it when the service is complete. Nonetheless it "is" our responsibility to return the vehicle as it was received. Thank-you for the reply.
