Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

As always you guys take such good care of our Land Cruiser. David is always a pleasure to deal with and keeps me informed. The tech that worked on our vehicle did a great job. I will not trust our vehicle to any other place. Thank you.

very knowledgeable personnel..friendly..and concern..however I had to wait a couple of days for the part to come in..but that was ok being the year and make of my car.. waiting area is clean and neat. They would have any kind of conversation with you about your needs for your car. Job well done. Thanks
