Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Good work, but had to find parts myself, and forgot to secure battery with bracket I brought in.

We seldom locate used parts for repairs unless new or rebuilt parts are unavailable since we are unable to warranty the part or labor if used parts are employed. While we did forget initially to install the battery hold-down, we are ready and waiting to get it done at your convenience.
Top notch service as always! The only repair facility I'll trust to work on my vehicles
