Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Very honest and professional! David had to tell me some bad news after a very thorough inspection of my car and then he gave me several options to make the repairs. I'll be taking all of my cars here from now on.

I took my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe for service and JAM diagnosed and corrected my problem in a short about of time (In by 7am out by 10am). When I went to pay, the nice gentleman told me a price lower than what was quoted because the work didn't require the labor that was expected. It's good to go to a Repair Shop who will not take advantage of hard working customers. Since then, I have recommended this facility to my friends and co-workers. This was my first time ever dealing with this place. I was referred by my uncle so I took my Honda there because it needed some work done, checkered flag told me it was one thing but I didn't trust them so I Took my uncle's advice and went to Japanese auto masters and it was the best decision I ever made. They have my 2006 van running in perfect condition now and I do not have one complaint from them from start to finish! Very honest people and took the time to find out exactly why my car was shaking!
