Top notch - I have been taking my cars to Japanese Auto Masters since 1997.

Dave took the time to drive the car to determine source of "sounds", then put in a bolt to hold up the front flap as a courtesy. He topped off fluids so I could drive out of town for the weekend safely. I was offered a ride to and from work on Monday while the car was being repaired. Excellent service!

Only slightly unsatisfied because $300 break fix didn't change anything, but further repair is needed, so still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

always a pleasant experience. I feel that they are honest and don't try to "up sell" products or repairs. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable about the repairs being recommended
