Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

We sincerely appreciate the encouragement. We always make an effort to provide the best service we can.
Great service and advice. Techician found that my exhaust system "problem" was not that at all and fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful service!!!
I have been bringing my vehicles to JAM for almost 3 years now, quality service and repairs every time. They are professional and honest, which is very hard to find nowadays. I would recommend Japanese Auto Masters to any and every body I know in the Hampton Roads area.
