Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

Reliable and honest!!
Business response:
Thanks!
My two experiences have been very positive. Dennis is straight forward, knowledgeable and pleasant. Your prices seem to be fair and reasonable. My work has been done efficiently. You're very conveniently located for us. I plan to continue to use your services as needs arise and have encouraged my spouse to do the same. I like that you all do a quick inspection on my car to see you can spot any problems or maintenance needs.

Business response:

They were all valid service items done well! The communications are outstanding and I was informed at every step of what could be done and why. There was a consistent concern on their part for the costs involved and... read more
