Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I recently took my vehicle to have them give me a vehicle state inspection and to rotate my tires. What I noticed first was that the waiting area was very comfortable. The couch definitely made me feel like home. There's an assortment of drinks and coffee while you wait. It had a very warm feeling to it. The staff also provided excellent service by keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. The service at Japanese Auto is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and these guys are true professionals. They go above and beyond the standards of customer service. Also, the turn around time for my repair was so quick and my car is running great!! They have become the go to place for my Honda!

Unfortunately I was not able to get my car serviced through them due the the part I needed replaced BUT when I called them with my problem the gentleman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain certain details to me that he didn't need to do (and others had failed to do).
