Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

You folks are terrific. I fully expected to buy a new battery, and was pleasantly surprised that your technician was able to troubleshoot a bad connection. I wonder how other repair shops would have handled that situation. My guess is that I would have bought a new battery. Thanks again for helping me without an appointment.

Thanks, David, for the Thursday afternoon Service and State Inspection. I was in and out in less than the hour you had estimated. I had no problem in delivering the sparkling clean mobility van on Friday to a buyer in Gloucester who needed the van's handicap features more than I did, and it was sold immediately.
