Japanese Auto Masters was founded in 1982 by Tom and Cindi Potter in a small shop close to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Tom originated Japanese Auto Masters to address the needs of consumers driving Japanese-made vehicles at a time when there were no independent repair service centers that specialized exclusively in all Japanese makes and models. We also service all Domestic vehicles as well.

I am usually very sadisfied with the performance of Japanese Auto Masters. This time I would like to address a few items I was a little irretaed with:1. The state inspection should NOT been done before issues with the cars have been fixed. That resulted in a rejection of the inspection. If inspection would be done as the final step, we would have been aware of the short coming and do the inspection when issues are eliminated = NO rejection sticker2.
