Poor service and returns with poor products. I bought two intake manifolds for my 1996-2002 Chevy 5.7 Vortec brand new engines, both intakes let water get threw them into the oil in the engines, I contacted JEDS and they refused to warranty them al tho there is a year warranty on them and I only had them for three months, water got in the engines the very first time the engines were ran. We thought it may be the gaskets so we installed a better gasket than what came with intakes and they still leaked. Save your money and go ... read more
Worst experience ever, stay away! I got the shipping info for a 7500$ international order. The FedEx link supplied turned out to contain an invalid tracking number. Two days after forecasted delivery date, I wrote an Email. No response. Support only works vie telephone or FAX!, welcome to the 80s. Email support... not available. Calling from abroad, 2$ per minute, 15 minutes of holding in the line. What a crappy support. Please avoid this company.
Terrible service Order a gasket from them. Paid -have copy of invoice and draft from our bank account. Item was supposed to have been here within a week. Month #2 no part, no refund, and a constant run around when we call or email. "You reached the wrong dept. The worst Ive never been so mad. A 2nd transmission install and its mothers day. Your products are junk and your customer service is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never buying from them again and hope you dont either. They wont pay for labor, extra parts, fluid, nothing... The scum of auto parts. Im pretty sure they sent me a reman trans and I paid for new... Most incompetent company in U.S. Spent $300 on a jack which was to be used to remove my transmission. 4 day shipping was indicated. 10 days have passed, and no item. Tried calling company from three states, Indiana, Florida, and New Jersey. Their phone system is shut off. Maybe they are filing for bankruptcy. Don't waste your money go to SUMMIT RACING They do not go the extra mile after the sale. I bought a Holly carburetor it had a problem with the electric choke from day one. They sent me replacement part and told me don't worry it has a 1 yr warranty. I tried to get it exchanged for another one just like it. I was told it only had a 90 day warranty and it was past 90 days. First and last Jegs order. I order 4 new tires on Jan 3rd and Jegs pays themselves from my Visa the very next day. Who does that? After a month I call them to see where my tires are at and they tell me they've been discontinued. So I ask if anyone was ever going to notify me of this and I want my money back. They put me on hold and the next guy gets on and says "so you're looking for something comparable to the Toyo's?" I say "comparable, according to who, you?" Do not buy from JEGS! They don't send product on time The Customer service is horrible. They tell you one thing and don't do it. I ordered products were supposed to be here in 3 to 5 days and now they tell me it's going to be a month out and they won't return my money. Horrible service.
