Pathetic service I ordered a part. Got charged for 2 of the same thing. Received 2 of the same thing, then because of their mistakes I had to pay to ship it back, now I am having issues getting my refund... DO NOT BUY FROM JEGS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Backslid I just hung up on an unending string of bad tunes. Waiting for someone to answer the phone and take my $1500. Guess I'll find someone who wants it.
Terrible Customer Service JEGS staff provided wrong part number for my order. For a part that was correct, JEGS sent the wrong part. Asking for help, JEGS has been unresponsive. Long hold times and nobody wants to assist. Once I get this corrected will not purchase from them again.
Cant get any response at all Ordered my part almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Cant get anyone to email me or answer my call. I've called the customer service line MULTIPLE times and have had to sit on the phone for hours just listening to their music. I just want someone to answer me back but apparently they can't handle that.
No customer service. On hold forever. Tried reaching Jegs by phone for several days now for my order which keeps getting delivery date pushed back. "Please hold and somebody will be with you shortly" I waited almost an hour each time, no luck. This is horrible service and I will never reorder from Jegs again!
Worst Company I ever work with The only reason I when to this company was because they said they item I was looking for was able to shipped the same day, just to find out several days later that was not true, when I call them they told me it will ship in 30 days, wow from today to 30 days really! Don't buy anything here! I ordered a trailer hitch and it was shipped via Fed Ex. According to Fed Ex it was on the truck and going to be delivered every day for a week. Can't get any help from anyone. If Jegs uses Fed Ex and they suck this bad, then apparently Jegs isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. I won't buy from them again.
Worst experience ever, stay away! I got the shipping info for a 7500$ international order. The FedEx link supplied turned out to contain an invalid tracking number. Two days after forecasted delivery date, I wrote an Email. No response. Support only works vie telephone or FAX!, welcome to the 80s. Email support... not available. Calling from abroad, 2$ per minute, 15 minutes of holding in the line. What a crappy support. Please avoid this company. Service Value Shipping
STAY FAR AWAY FROM JEGS HIGH PERFORMANCE Jegs has the worst customer service on the planet. They don't answer there phones or emails. I made a mistake ordering from them and had canceled my order. A month and a half later and I still have not received my refund of $563.78. Stay away from this company. I recommend Speedway motors or Summit Racing
