Poorest Service on Earth I placed an order with Jegs on 06/28/2021. I was told my purchase would arrive in 2 days, I have paid for it twice and still have not recieved it as of today 07/22/2021. My advice, get your parts elsewhere.

12 Days and no part - and JEGS has no idea what its doing Ordered a part on July 10th, 2021 - called them several times and no update - no back order email - no nothing. They kept making empty promises to call me back until finally on July 22,2021 I cancelled the order and like always they are happy to slowly process my refund ( told me it would take 24hrs to cancel the order and start my return - and another 5-10 days for it to process through) I will never do business with them again - complete failure to provide a product... read more

6 MONTHS ANS STILL NO ENGINE!@ I ORDERED AN ENGINE 6 MONTHS AGO, THEY SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT WAS INCORRECT. I SPOKE TO THEM 4 TIMES IN JUNE ALONE AND WAS NEVER GIVEN AN ANSWER UNTIL TODAY JULY 22ND! MY ENGINE FELL OFF THE TRUCK IN MAY AND CRACKED THE BLOCK & THEY NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME. NOW ATK IS WAITING FOR A REBUILDABLE CORE WITH NO ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. 6 F'ING MONTHS DOWN THE DRAIN. I CANCELLED THE ORDER, I WILL NEVER USE JEGS FOR ANYTHING AGAIN

Very poor customer service I purchased a fender for my 72' C10. Paid $280 which included $109 shipping. Received an email stating I will receive tracking information within 24 hours. Nope! Not 24 hours, not 120 hours. I called FedEx as they were the shipping company, they referred me to R&L who referred me to Sonic Transport. 3 shipping companies later, Sonic told me I needed to be home to receive the delivery. Baja boss at I ordered tires from jegs they said they had them in stock & that they would ship out in a few days. So after a month of not hearing anything I called was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. So then I called back & tricked them by pressing 1 to place an order, what do you know. Someone answer's right away to steal your money. Long story short when your ordering tires & they say in stock it's BS because they order from the manufacturer. Fuucckkk Jegs I would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered two drag radials and fedex lost my package, tried working something with jegs but basically told to $#*! off and that im out 680 dollars. Wouldnt recommend buying something you need from them.

Once and done Ordered a Dorman sway bar 5/30. "Processed" 6/1, then silence. Called. "Experiencing higher than normal call volume" required 40 minute call. Finally "shipped" 6/9. Tracking # never showed FedEx even receiving the package. Another phone call + email 6/15. "Problem with order." Refunded $12.70 shipping. Again "processed" 6/17.6/18, the product is now own back order until at least 6/25.6/22 I emailed to cancel order. 6/23 canceled order and received confirmation of cancelation. 6/30 still no refund. 7/1 received ... read more

Where's my money Ordered headliner and found out couple weeks later couldn't get eta. Waited couple weeks canceled order and said 3 to5 days money back on card. Waited another week and said got it done and wait 3 to 5 days. Day 6 got email they got it done wait 3 to 5 days and checked status and invoice # invalid. Called customer service and guess what they said 3 to 5 days. NEVER BUY AGAIN

Happy to sell stuff they don't have. Happily took $1200 from me for a brake kit they had not stock of (Did not say this at time of order). 8 weeks later with no communication, I call them and they tell me its at least another 8 weeks and I'll have to wait for a refund. Do not recommend. No customer service and NO communication.
