Horrible deceitful dealership. After being told by Johnny Garcia, the Service Manager, that my car was riding rough, needed to be towed and that it needed a new transmission, I decided to trade it in. I spoke to Andrew Gallagher, the Acquisitions Manager, who said my car was only good for scrap metal and was worth $500. Kelly Blue Book values it at $9000. I've reached out and still haven't heard back from Duncan since August. They haven't explained themselves or rectified their scamming practices. No point in buying a warranty if they won't honor it! Bring your car to a better shop with honest people. Oregon automotive does a great job!

They took 5 days to do a big job fixing a coolant leak under my turbo chargers in my king ranch F150. Now I have a leak that smells like burning coolant. They won't take my call for an appointment unless I talk with my advisor, Giovanni who does not return my calls. Meanwhile I get pummeled with upselling phone calls to charge more money. I'm never buying another vehicle here.

I had the worst experience with the service department here. My service advisor was Adam Theriot. Adam gave me an estimated 48 hour turnaround time for my recall repairs, and assured me he'd be contacting me to keep me updated throughout the process. The repair time took 14 DAYS, and during that time I never once received a call from Adam. In fact, I called you guys numerous times and almost always couldn't get any update. I purchase my vehicle over 2 years ago and made sure to walk out with GAP insurance. my car was totaled recently due to a bad accident. i was told by the insurance provider that I did not have GAP insurance instead I was paying on a service contract that expires 1/2022! when I called the dealership back to inform them of what happened, the manager told me to hold on and i held for 29 minutes before hanging up. i have since taken my car in for repair on an oil leak 3x. They messed up my cars front splitter have damged my oil dipstick also scratched my front fender this has got to be the worst dealer to take in for service all while giving me no update on the car this dealership has lost a customer. Mir service advisor was the best help there was at least manager is also very rude

My Expedition that I purchased less than a year ago has a recall for an under hood fire. The team at Joe Myers were rude and unresponsive. At first, I was told they would have my car 24-48 hours. Then, it turned into 5 days. When I asked about getting a loaner car or rental, I was told 'we don't do that.' I was also told by the service manager Rose Corbitt that this 'was a Ford problem, not a Joe Myers problem.' I reached out to the General Manager several days ago, and never heard back. These people are crooks and liars!!!! Please stay away and DO NOT give them any business!!!! They have poor customer service and we will be reporting them to Ford. They lied to us about a repair so we wouldn't have to go through warranty. Horrible people! No more Fords for us... bad for them because we were planning on buying more for my husband's business.

Sales is meh, tell mama that service is terrible. I have a theory about their $20 oil change. Yea it's 20 bucks but that's how they get you. I'm convinced that they swap out good parts for faulty ones and charge $180 to look at it on top of having to fix what ever part they're "fixing" yea extended warranty can only go so far. Also all the "good" or "high" ratings on google is because they make you fill them out in front of the sales guy when you buy the vehicle. Think I'm lying ask any one on google.
