I dropped off my truck for an oil change a few days ago. They have a coupon that bundles an oil change, tire rotation, air filter and multi point inspection all into one price called "the works". I purchased my truck here years ago and have been getting "the works" for years now. While my truck was in service they sent me a list of recommendations of other work my truck needed. The service department has had my wife's vehicle for 3 weeks and a technician hasn't even taken a look at the transmission issue yet. We were told 5-7 days for tech to diagnose issue when we dropped it off. we drove from Austin to see a $39,000 used BMW. They said it just had a cracked headlight that they were going to replace but no body damage. what a lie! It needed a whole bumper resurfaced! That untruthful salesman lied to us to get us to go there! additionally, they try to charge $4000 mandatory fee which includes dumb things like undercoating, paint protection, interior protection, and we said there's no way we would pay that even if this car was good enough to buy, what a waste of a whole day!

Communication was great with service department but being my fiancé's 2022 Ford F-150 had a recall, we dropped it off , took 3 weeks before loaner car was given. Then it was in the shop about 2 more weeks and something is still wrong ! Not driving 100 %! Needless to say , we will have to bring it to the shop again! Not happy about this.

Rude receptionist and no one answers their phones or returns calls. Highly advise finding a different dealership and or avoid Ford altogether.

TLDR; THEY TRIED TO BAIT AND SWITCH ME. FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM EMPLOYEES. This was my fourth visit for an oil change, and the first time I encountered issues. I arrived at 12 pm with my 2022 Bronco Sport and noticed only two cars under the maintenance area, but no one approached me. After waiting, I went to LUIS ACOSTA, who tried to upsell unnecessary maintenance for $306, despite my premium maintenance package which covers everything. I was bringing in my 2013 Ford Explorer for the A-Pillar recall, I made an online appt with my vin number and the recall I was bringing it in for. When it was brought in, we spoke to a Darryl in the service department, he informed us we would have to leave the car there for 48 hours to make sure nothing else was wrong with it...(as in a diagnostic?!) i went to Joe Myers Ford to have a few after market accessories installed. I called ahead to verify part availability and schedule an appointment. (several others herd this conversation, phone on loud speaker) I had the understanding that all the parts would be available by Wednesday by 11:00am. I'm on vacation from NH, and I had to come in to find that not all parts weren't available. My 2019 Ford eco-sport with under 40000 miles started having engine malfunctions, and would not accelerate at all. I had it towed here and was told they needed to replace the engine. I had it replaced in October 2023, Which took two months, and now I am Having the same exact engine light come on and my car is slow to accelerate even after replacing the engine.
