Worst service department on earth. Took my car in for a basic break job and it took them a week just to tell me they couldn't fully bleed the breaks. What? Plus no loaner car the whole time. No check ins, I had to call for status updates. I ended up pulling my car out of the shop and taking it elsewhere (surprise surprise, no issues). Please do not spend money here.
I was disappointed twice (I got my car worked on there twice). I have a Lincoln and when I took the vehicle they told me how I would get the best treatment when I would get service. Well.. that's crap. They didn't really fix my car they wrapped the wiring in tape and didn't give it back for a month. The second time I asked two weeks in advance to have a loaner. I was prequalified, all they had to do was call the bank. Instead they decided to try and finance me through someone else. I stated that I needed a gooseneck hitch, no hitch= no sale. What should've been a 1hr deal turned into an all day event. Long story short, I bought a new 2020 F250 with a 125K bumper to bumper warranty that I assumed was through Ford. I've bought 6 brand new trucks in my life and have never had this happen which I think was seriously wrong. I was in negotiations for a vehicle, they ran my credit already and they claimed I was approved. Near the end of it all they tell me "oh sorry the vehicle sold". Running my credit will give other finance companies a reason not to approve me at another place cause of to many inquiries. After a full year of owning my new vehicle I can give a honest review. I will not recommend Joe Myers to anyone. Like always, when purchasing a vehicle it is all fine until after you sign, I expected that and I am not reviewing over that. The true level of customer service is seen after you sign and when do business with their service department. My last straw was with the latest recall for the front camera. JMFord has been working on my car since October of 2020. The transmission still isn't fixed. My SUV has been in the shop more than I have driven it over the last 7 months. Every time I get it back, there are more issues that need to be addressed. My warranty expires in May. I am so unsatisfied with their repair shop. After paying CASH IN FULL for vehicle, dealership shows LIEN on title. Dealership now states they can't help me, I need to call credit company. When I call credit company listed on application for title, they state they have no record of this vehicle. Multiple phone calls to dealership with no return phone call. They made a mistake and I am left without a clear title.
Found a car on the site, called the Sales Manager Ralph to talk about it, he sent me to his salesperson Alejandro. Made an appointment, drove out there, rode around with Alejandro looking for the car for 30 minutes. Couldn't find it- car ended up having 2,000 miles on it rather than the 2 miles listed on the site. Alejandro didn't have a back up vehicle to offer. Customer service is very poor, gone in so many time to look for a new vehicle and to get mine serviced and not once have I had someone come up to me and ask me if I need help!!!
