I have purchased 2 trucks from Joe Myers and most likely there will not be a third. Purchasing is great...service on the other hand is the pits. Last year they had my truck for almost a month... okay I kind of get it, waiting on parts.. but when I get it back, 1/2 the stuff was not fixed. Today I am in getting an oil change.. scheduled the appointment for 930 am.. they tell me it is going to be a 2 hour wait.. the explanation is they had more customers show up than expected. Took my 2019 F250 in for service because of the Death Wobble, being unable to drive the vehicle. Seat heaters were out, air conditioning system went out, multiple recalls, asked them to change the oil. ALMOST NOTHING WAS FIXED. I spoke to the service manager multiple times, and ended up speaking to the commercial manager, one month later my vehicle still isn't complete and I have heard back from no one. On Jan 7, 2022 Mr. L.L assisted me with a certified used car purchase. The Ford Escape Se is a 2021 model. I did test drive it and notified salesman of brakes sounding like something was wrong. Mr. L.L. made a comment that it was probably from being parked. I did ask to have brakes checked just in case and that was considered as a promise and part of deal. I made a service appointment for 2/9, brought my car in at 7:00AM, and then they let it sit for 9 days before they finally looked at it. Once diagnosed, they determined parts were needed. The vehicle was finally returned to me after 15 days on 2/24. I was told that they repaired an issue other than the one I brought the vehicle in for, but that they cleared the CPU codes for the issue that was causing me problems. Horrible service! I have a 2020 Mustang and my car sent me a notification stating what all was wrong. Mind you my car is still under warranty. I call service and tell them I know what is wrong with my car and that I need to have my car serviced immediately. They continue to tell me I have to wait 24-48 hours. So I ask if they have rentals, since my car is under warranty and I cannot go 24-48 hours without a car. They said they have no rentals. Okay cool. Made an appointment for today at 1:00 to have them look at light on visor not turning off, arrived early and was told upon arrival that they were unable to look at until following day or probably later. Requested to leave vehicle , which I declined as consider it ridiculous to to leave vehicle for them to get to it when they get to it after making appointment. Why have an appointment system If all your doing is drop off. Very poor customer service if that's how you are doing business.

Ok I was just told by sanad matuq.. That dealer does not use outside financing.. told him about my credit union. And he said the mgr does not allow this.wow. You just lost my business... Thanks Joe Myers Ford...

No reason to get into details of the interactions between JMF and myself. I will sum up the review with this. I told a work mate about my negative experience with the sales director at Joe Myer Ford...my work mate replied "what'd you expect...he's a car salesman"

Brought it here for an oil change and they rounded off the drain plug! Don't bring it here for service!
