Catalytic converter is going out on my expedition. Under warranty. Diagnosed by Joe myers last year. Took over 8 months to get the part. Finally get the new part and schedule the repair with them. Drop the car off for a week. Then Giovanni calls me to say they won't fix it because the check engine light went off and it's not bad anymore. I guess it healed itself! DO NOT use their service department. Especially Jermaine. Dropped my car off for a recall repair, which they fixed, then was told that the "modules" weren't talking to each other so had to leave it there for longer. They had my car for over a week with NO phone call! We called every single day and was told that Jermaine would call us right back. He NEVER called back. My husband finally went up there yesterday and Jermaine tried to put it on someone else. Come to find out that they couldn't even find our car for 3 days... read more

It seems like everytime I come to this location for service everyone completely ignores you when you walk through the doors despite there being 10+ people working... No one greets you or even so much as make eye contact with you, you have to literally walk around and FIND someone to help you with your specific service and even then everyone is on phone calls. If I could give no stars I would.....Do not go here to be serviced especially if you have purchased a used car from here. Matter a fact don't even buy a car from here. I brought a used dodge charger from here and they send me stuff in the mail to get my car SERVICED FROM HERE so I book an appointment here they tell me they don't work on dodge chargers.. which is crazy because I bought the damn car from here with a warranty and y'all told me to go here just to wait my time. Found a certified pre-owned truck online, did the credit application online and was approved. In that process I did the trade in information and was give a quote for my truck. I show up and everything started okay with the sales person. Then he took my car for appraisal came back and said lets talk numbers and started asking me about financing. This has to be the worst service department I've ever dealt with. First I brought my Lincoln in because the exterior door trim delaminated and it was under warranty. I get it back and then the interior door trim is just hanging off. The service guy says he will order the part and get back to me. I wait 3 weeks and start calling. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape traded in my 2014 Mustang. I personally think that I should pay sticker price not sticker plus 2000 worth of tint, tire locks and whatever else bs is included but I was told that couldn't be taken off which I'm pretty sure it can. Awful service from the new car sales department. Geo is quick to brag about his responsiveness but that simply means he gives a passive response like 'I'll check into it.' and then you don't hear back unless you follow up. I placed my deposit for an order of a new vehicle in April 2023, never received a copy of the order confirmation despite multiple requests.
