So let me preface this by saying that my wife and I bought a brand new Kia from Joe Myers in 2013. We had issues with them honoring the warranty. But after 8 years we decided that we'd give them another chance and try and purchase a used pickup from the Joe Myers Ford. DO NOT take your vehicle to the service department! No communication, they lie about what's going on with your vehicle, could care less about having your vehicle completed in the time frame they've promised, and apparently our vehicle was broken into (causing the driver door to be damaged) and no one acts like they know what's going on! We understand their are no loaner vehicles available, but when someone's truck is broken into on the dealerships lot and they are going to need an additional week or two to fix their own mist... read more

I recently ordered parts for my Mazda 3 through Joe Myers Mazda.  I has been horror story dealing with the Joe Myers Mazda parts department.  The two parts needed were not in stock.  One part came in but it ended up being the wrong part.  Both parts were reordered 9/21 and was I told delivery would be in 4-5 business days.  Having not heard from Joe Myers I called the parts department 9/29 and was told one part had been received but they could not they had no arrival date for the second part.  I called Joe Myers again on 10/... read more

Never again !!!! Ford F-250 2021, $795 dollars to change a fuel filter, air filter and cabin filter. Lol the oil change, oil filter and tire rotation were cover on my maintenance plan. These Guys are to high for me.

I went on their Internet site last night and they said they had an F4 50 coming in. I called this morning to speak to Devin and was told he was busyI let the sales person know I was interested in paying cash. Yes cash you know the green stuff. Apparently they don't take cash there because they had a guy there a couple hours later in finance purchasing the truck I had wanted to buy. STAY AWAY!!! Rude, arrogant, condescending male salesmen trying to compensate for low testosterone levels by insulting "potential customers"! Take a look at the insulting email reply their sales person ZACHERY LYNCH sent to me when I made an offer on a vehicle that he mistook for another vehicle because they have phony prices on several different websites (cars.com, truecar.com, etc.) to mislead and overcharge customers. Took son's car in for transmission issue. They had car for a couple weeks and told they needed to replace parts in transmission. Picked it up and the service person was very rude to me and my son. My son drove the car and found it still had the issue with trans and the AC ducts were disconnected and dash was missing all the bolts holding stereo in. Also found dent on hood. My partner was buying a car from JM Ford. Offered one amount for his car while we were there, then that number was cut in half when paperwork was being done. The new car needed detailing as well. The sales guy also gave us the carfax report with a page missing that had an incident on it. Overall I'd say they aren't reliable or trustworthy. Really disappointed in their tactics and behavior. Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Took my car in for a recalled back up camera. Came out with console stained from COVID spray. I did not request that to be done nor was I told they would be doing it. Car has been back multiple times for them to fix it and it has yet to be fixed right. It's been 6 months and it's still not corrected. They have poor service skills. Takes a long time to get ahold of your service advisor and they don't call you or text with an update of what's going on. I understand they can get busy but a simple text takes not even a minute.
