Update: 07/26/2025 It's now going on month 4. After initially being told that I would be responsible for over 11k in an additional payment for the Silverado repairs, the manager decided to send it to a Chevrolet dealership for the repair of the A/C and transmission. We dropped our Ford Fusion over a month ago, to fix an electrical issue & water pump issues, they called to let us know it was ready, we picked it up, my husband stopped to get gas & the car didn't want to start, he got it started & got it home, I had to call 5 times to get a service person on the phone, kept getting put on endless holds, then finally spoke to a person & I insisted they come pickup the vehicle bc we were not going to risk driving it back in the condition it was in... they agreed to send a tow truck to pick i... read more

I found a truck on the Internet and inquired about it. The salesman said it was on the lot. We set up a time to test drive because it was an hour drive to get to the dealership. Upon our arrival, I was surprised not to find the truck waiting when we met the sales person. In fact, we waited about 10 minutes for our sales person to come meet us, but that can be expected. Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and 1 hour after having the truck, the transmission and A/C went out. I immediately returned the vehicle (same day and reported the issue). Next day I was told by the service department that the transmission and A/C were both shot and the truck should have never been on the lot for sale. Manager put me in a loaner while they gave me the impression they were going to "right their wrong." Terrible service. They gave me quote and then overcharged. Didn't even look at the issues I asked them to look at. Customer Satisfaction Manager called and tried to justify the overcharge but understood how I cybe upset. Save yourself the aggravation and find another dealership, any other dealership.

I bought a car barely a month ago, a 2024 Hyundai Kona and two days later the check engine light came on. I took it back up there and they told me I have to take it to Hyundai.... now, like I said less than a month later, the car is telling me I need an oil change. playing with people money and lives like this should be illegal but if I go up there and flip out I'ma be the one in jail. AVOID THEM!!!!
