John Williams Negative reviews were unknown to us at the time, but my commute home forces me to drive by it 5 days a week. My last F-150 came from Tomball Ford, but I have moved to Cypress since then, so I went out on a limb and filled out their trade valet online. It's basically a KBB ICO, but it's their version. Robert Martin was my sales professional. I was apprehensive about going to a dealership, but Robert made me feel at home. He said hello and greeted me at my vehicle when I arrived unannounced. I explained what I was looking for, and he willingly assisted me whether I intended to purchase or not. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork, features about the vehicle, as well as additional options offered to protect my purchase. I purchased my new vehicle yesterday from Michelle Shepard. It was an awesome car buying experience. Sometimes buying a vehicle can get a little aggravating and stressful. This was everything but that. My experience was easy she thoroughly explained all the numbers to me all my options. Then when I moved to the finance department Craig Bosley was the person who took care of all that. The experience that I had was exceptional‼ I had a major issue with my truck (F150) and Ford was there to get my issue fixed. My service provider Cindy (who was amazing ‼) helped me tremendously. She was very helpful and contacted me daily to update me about my truck. They fixed my truck , got me a rental, and even provided a detail at all cost since it was still under warranty. I highly recommend Joe Myers Ford Sales (Sylvester) and Service Advisor (Cindy)‼ You won't be disappointed

Traded in my 2017 350 dually on a 2019 350 SWD, great experience and could not have been easier. Salesman was professional and polite + made the experience fun! One strange thing - when I picked the new truck I didn't notice that one of the trailer hitch adapters were missing - this truck has 2. I was told that they don't come with the new trucks? My last truck had them - strange and I am really not sure if they are suppose to come with the truck or not. (Why did I have one but not both). You cannot use a standard hit... read more

After a super poor experience at Tomball Ford, we took our business here. We had a fantastic buying experience with our salesperson, Kieodrick Gant. He knew so much about the vehicle and really sold all of the features. I'd love to tell you I got the best price in the world but I felt like it was fair.
