I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Joe Myers Ford. I recently purchased a 2020 F-150 3.5L 4WD 102,950 miles from this dealership. Just 2 weeks (approximately 300 miles) after the purchase, the check engine light came on. I took the truck to a mechanic, and the ECU code was PO420 indicating a faulty catalytic converter. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place ! Stay away . They are crooks. They sell junk and won't back up the vehicles they sell.
I went in for a service last week for a service and I have the maintenance package, with this maintenance package for is supposed to change break pads if they need to be changed. I told them my breaks were screeching and to please check and change if needed. I made sure I showed up at 6:30 to be first in line, knowing I would need breaks changed. My buddy bought a 2025 Ford Raptor R. I don't know why he went to a Ford from a GM but hey he is still a stand up dude. Truck brakes failed around 200 miles of ownership. No current fixes and the dealership will not make it right or should I say DOESN'T want to make it right. On a $130,000 dollar truck. Not stellar business practices. Make it right with my buddy. This dealership has no morals. Sold a 2025 Raptor to an acquaintance of mine. Breaks failed at only 200 miles and there is "NO current fix for this particular issue!" What?! Joe Myers Ford can't fix it AND they refuse to take the 100k+ truck back. Not their problem. Everyone should run fast and far from these dishonest people. Truly disgusting. do not buy a vehicle here, they will not take responsibility over any of their vehicles as soon as you drive it off the lot. someone bought $125,000 dollar vehicle and it failed 60 miles after they drove it off the lot and they wouldn't take it back nor do the repairs. DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!!!
Dont buy anything from this place. Someone i know bought a 2025 raptor from them, had it almost a week and thr brakes completely failed.turns out there is no fix for the brakes and they will not give his money back. All they wanted was his money and he was on his own. So take your hard earned money someplace else.
