OK... Here is an honest review that I'm sure some of you won't be surprised on, but I feel it's good to know before you go in. I went to Joe Myers for an "emergency". I had never been there before, as I haven't lived in the area long. I'm SO GLAD I didn't read the reviews before I went.. or else I wouldn't have gone. My 2018 Fusion had engine failure. Had my vehicle towed to the location at 7:30am, and we were greeted by Wonnetta. Wonnetta is VERY well versed in her vehicles, and answered any and every question I had. My vehicle was left at the location for a week. Truck shopping while visiting Texas so only had a limited window of opportunity to find a Truck. Lucas my salesperson went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for and exactly within my budget. Once I went back I ended up buying a different truck i fell in love with but the entire experience was very good and service was great. They even added some complimentary additional warranty and undercoating to boot. Highly recommended dealership.

I have to give the GM Pat kudos at Joe Myers Ford. One for my stupidity and two for getting to the bottom of the issue at hand. He was out to solve my issue only to inform me I have the wrong Joe Myers dealership. I can't say enough about his customer service and wanting to get to the bottom of the issue. I appreciate his time and effort, and only can apologize. However, he was very kind and willing to listen. Thank you GM Pat for valuing the customer and helping out.

I bought a 2019 Ranger there the end of Dec. I was not told it had been a loaner car until I asked about the high mileage. Was told my 36,000 mile new car warranty would only be 34k miles...Ok, not too bad (and I got a moderate discount on the price). I found out recently when I logged into the Ford owners website that I had also lost 7 months of the 36 month warranty! Seriously?!? This is my first Ford, and could well be my last. I like the truck but not sure I like the new car sales people at Joe Myers.

The day before, came from Friendly Ford (see there review) so disappointed. But Joe Myers team fixed that very quickly We have a Discharged Bankruptcy that follows us into everything we by on credit, but I didn't feel that way at Joe Myers Ford. In a total of 3 hours we picked out a new 2020 Ford Explorer, waited for finance (low down/low interest), signed and drove out. It was nice not to be treated like a number and not be judged. Thanks!!

Originally I had written a not so glaring review of Joe Meyers service department. Upon the dealership seeing my review and personally reaching out to me, Joe Meyers did the right thing and admitted their mistake and brought my truck in immediately. Not only did they apologize, but the service department manager himself took my vehicle in right away, gave me a full size loaner at no charge, and rectified the original issue with my truck. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. After I walked out of one dealership due to getting the runaround and then having a truck sold out from under me by another dealer, I went to Joe Myers. Not only did they beat all the offers I was previously given, but they also beat them by quite a bit. My salesman, John Templeton, was simply amazing. Customer service is excellent. TJ is a seasoned professional. And they have Starbucks coffee. It just doesn't get any better than that.
