I am surprised by all of the negative reviews which has not been my experience with Joe Meyers. I bought my vehicle when there was a shortage and full size trucks were in high demand. I drive a Ford F-150 4X4 Extended Cab Texas Edition. I did not think that I needed this much truck but my Salesman Edwin Cruz convinced me that this would be the prefect truck to pull my boat and would hold it's value. I came to here to Joe Myers Ford to buy a used car a couple weeks ago. I came in to see a vehicle I was interested in with no appointment. I was introduced to Lucas (sales) who helped me find out more information on the vehicle. I ended up getting the car I wanted at the price & interest I desired. There were a couple minor things they needed to fix before I got the vehicle (and it did take a couple days longer than expected) but they fixed everything to my satisfaction & so far the car has been great. Great service every time. Helped me out when thieves tried to steal my cats off of my tundra. I take my truck there for pert near everything. They lace me up with rides to work too.

First I would like to praise the work of Alex and Calvin on the sales team. I truly believe they did everything in their power to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The showroom was clean, and other members of the sales staff, at least had a smile when eye contact was made. Now, I understand there is a global pandemic regarding chips for these new cars, so it was understandable, the selection was limited, and the ability to browse was not really available. I can not stress enough just how accommodating and helpful this particular group of people over at Joe Myers are. We were particularly impressed by Cory Shuman there, sales rep, that literally took care of us like we were friends. Not an ounce of pushiness, or high pressure sales tactics. Just good old fashion customer services. Joe Myers has my top recommendation and business! The four stars is for great customer service that I received. The break room is also nice I emailed the salesperson before I went in and I had an appointment online. I mentioned that I needed new windshield wipers and new headlights, also mentioned I needed to inquire about if I can do a trade in. I was told I would be taking care of for all those things. Where do I start?! Our whole process was pretty amazing! Through it all, we had our laughs, and it was all superb! Alex Reyes, Pedro, and Craig in finance were great guys!!
