Went for an oil change. Checked dipstick and didn't have oil. Been calling for 2 days and no return call. Customer relations manager didn't call as promised either. Asked for any manager but still no response. Didn't offer anything.

I have an F150 that is less than a year old and the battery has died already. When calling and asking to have it fixed, they said they cannot look at it for at least 48 hours. I asked for a loaner they said they don't have any. They said they have rental cars and they can't get me a rental car for at least 2 to 3 days. I want to share again, if you order a car or truck be sure you sit down in the car or truck of your choice, either on the lot or if you ordered it and make sure you're getting all the features you're wanting. I am so sick and tired of dealing with Joe Myers Ford and just Ford in general. Customer service is horrible. I called November 19 to schedule an appointment for an oil change factory recall, and to get my vehicle looked at since my touchscreen went completely black was told I can bring my car in the next day, but it will not be looked at for three days and they had no loaner vehicle available until Monday the 25th so I went ahead and scheduled the service appointment for that day and chose the valet option for both dropping... read more

Saw a used vehicle on their website, contacted them Monday 11/18/2024 about it and spoke with Kameron. We set up an appointment time for me to come look at the vehicle and test drive it, not even 2hrs later, Kameron texts me telling me the mechanic needed more time to look over the vehicle and wouldn't be ready until the next day (11/19/2024). Unethical, Lacks Integrity, Unresponsive, and Lacks Principles. If you're looking for a poor customer service experience and a car that is likely unsafe to drive, shop here. They sold me a car with engine problems after I told them I was buying the car for a teen and that safety was of utmost importance. I bought a car from this Ford which I love but the communication is terrible and the sales agents are 1 dimensional. If I did it all over again, I would go in there, test drive the car, get a quote, then leave. And wait for them to figure out what they're talking about or at least remember to save your name in their phone after they sell you a car. Gabby the receptionist was terrible and rude.

One star doesn't express my distain for Joe Myers Ford. They treated me as though they did not care about my business. Most car dealerships will not let you leave without placing you in a vehicle, but I visited on several occasions and still walked away empty handed.
