Two words: Hung Pham. He is the internet sales rep. Deal with him, he is awesome. You will not be disappointed. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I plan to use them in the future. Hung has been there for 11 years and if you Google him, there's not one bad report about him. I was dreading car shopping and I did a lot of research before deciding on what type of vehicle I wanted and everything kept leading me to Joe Myers.
Update: After two weeks they responded to my request for the backup camera and have scheduled the install. I upgraded the review from one star to three. After my car was considered a total loss by the insurance company, Joe Myers was one of my first stops because they had the model of vehicle I wanted to purchase. We have bought two Kias here and had good experiences with both sales. Hung is awesome and made everything super easy for us. They do take care of you especially if you are a repeat customer. The sales process can take a while, but it's not bad. Also had good experiences with the service department. They are really diligent and do a good job of following up.
After both Cowboy and Beck Masten Kia played all the back door games they play to get you in the door with their lies I contacted Hung Pham at Joe Myers. Hung gave us a price for a new Kia and said that would be the price we would pay when we got there. They did in fact sell us the new Kia for the agreed price no games ,no lies just a stright forward honest deal. If you want a good experience buying a new Kia contact Hung Pham at Joe Myers first and avoid the hassle you will get elsewhere.
The best car buying experience yet. I dealt with their internet sales guy Hung Pham online. His quote was really low so I wondered if they would honor the price in person. Several other Houston dealers wouldn't. Went in person and he honored the price with no games. They didn't try to up sell me or add on anything. It was a quick and hassle free experience.
Will definitely buy a car from Joe Myers Kia, Mazda, and Preowned again. Friendly and positive environment. Sales person aren't very pushy. Ask for Andy if you are looking for an amazing customer service and not to mention he is very friendly and respectful.
After trying to negotiate deals with other Kia dealers and failing, we finally made it to Joe Myer with a promise that Jason Taylor, our Kia sales rep, would work with us.
