My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from Johnson RV and were able to take our first four day camping trip. I called, before the service department before returning home to see if we could have a few repairs scheduled and to diagnose some minor problems incurred on our trip. We are sounding like a broken record but we were back at Johnson RV service division for installation of a tow package for our new Jeep Cherokee. Our Leisure Travel Unity MB (we affectionally call the Birdie Bus) also had to have work on it to make it tow-worthy. The price was competitive and, of course, the service was excellent. I went to a few different places searching for an RV before I finally ended up at Johnson RV - and thank goodness I found them! I was immediately greeted by Dustin Allen and John Moore, two of the most friendly and helpful guys I have ever dealt with. They got me into the right rig for my needs, and were VERY genuine people. We love the lines of RVs they carry, new and used, we enjoy browsing and the staff are eager to answer questions but they gladly allow you space and never pushy. The personnel are fantastic from the store to sales and service. We always find what we need in the store even for our older RV, or they will gladly order promptly. The entire staff has worked with us to meet our needs, answer questions, assist, even if you aren't making a purchase at that time. They treat you real well at Johnson RV. I highly recommend them for both service and for an RV purchase. After dealing with some real crappy sales tactics up at Poulsbo RV it was real nice dealing with these guys. Everybody we talked to was very nice and helpful. I'd especially recommend Brian in sales for his easy going but informative help, Jayson in finance for being helpful and finding us great rates and Art in service for a great walk thru on our purchase. We purchased a 2005 Pleasure Way Class B RV in November 2014 from Johnson RV. It had one previous owner and only 20,000 miles on the odometer. The bathroom and the kitchen had never been used. Essentially, it felt like we were purchasing a new vehicle. The folks that work for Johnson RV are really nice people. We never felt pressured. I purchased a new Roadtrek late this summer. From the first time I called to when I picked it up was less one week. When you pick up a new RV they have a concierge take you through all the parts of the new rig from the outdoor awning and shower, to the batteries under the hood, all the appliances, the macerator and grey and black tanks. the Mercedes chassis and how to drive the rig.
