We were interested in looking at Leisure Travel RVs, and since no one in our area had any models, we drove all the way from Corvallis to Johnson RV in Sandy. We worked with Corey (Will) and because he was new on the job, Dustin provided knowledgeable backup, answering our questions and also making sure that Corey was provided with on-the-job training with live customers! I bought a 1999 Bounder a year ago from Johnson RV. First staff treated us very well. Service department ---- Toby is awesome he kept me informed what was going on with my rig and treated us very well. the repairs were done as fast as they could do them and when there was a delay Toby called me and explained why. They washed my rig, filled the propane tank and when I pick it up Toby told me everything they had done. would I ever buy another from them hell yes. Thank you Toby your the best.

Tobey and the service group helped me out when my Roadtrek RV developed a DEF tank leak. I was traveling thru town, when they discovered the leak, while looking at another issue. Even tho i didn't buy my RV there, they fit me in their busy schedule. They recommended a Portland Sprinter specialist, McCoy, to do the fix. Mercedes problem i guess. We had been looking for a small RV for a couple of months. I kept seeing Craigslist posts for Johnson RV. But since there were no prices listed, I kept scrolling past their listings. My thoughts were that if they are not posting prices, they are hiding something. I finally broke down and sent an e-mail to them, asking for the price of a particular rig. My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from Johnson RV and were able to take our first four day camping trip. I called, before the service department before returning home to see if we could have a few repairs scheduled and to diagnose some minor problems incurred on our trip. Bryan Hardin was able to,not only have the problems looked at by a mechanic, but have Doug McClain resolve our concerns and correct the few mechanical issues we were experiencing. My wife and I recently took delivery of a new Triple E - Leisure Travel Van Unity IB from Johnson RV, the designated dealer for Triple E in the Pacific Northwest. As LTV Unity models are handcrafted by a small family run operation in Manitoba, Canada, their demand vastly exceeds their supply and we had to wait eight months from the time we placed our order until we finally took receipt. We are sounding like a broken record but we were back at Johnson RV service division for installation of a tow package for our new Jeep Cherokee. Our Leisure Travel Unity MB (we affectionally call the Birdie Bus) also had to have work on it to make it tow-worthy. The price was competitive and, of course, the service was excellent. I went to a few different places searching for an RV before I finally ended up at Johnson RV - and thank goodness I found them! I was immediately greeted by Dustin Allen and John Moore, two of the most friendly and helpful guys I have ever dealt with. They got me into the right rig for my needs, and were VERY genuine people.
