The battery and other items were supposed to be repaired before we picked up our RV. We were assured they would be, they boasted about their 70 point inspection and refurbishing. Detailing was pathetic, dirt in drawers and someone left chewed up gum in the sink. My wife and I purchased a brand new RV for ~ $150K from these folks in November 2018. At the time it seemed like we had found an honorable outfit to do business with after bad experiences with other RV dealers. Flash forward to mid-October 2021 and my opinion changed. They are great when they want to sell you something. If you want to sell back that same item, no deal! We bought a 2022 coleman trailer, but we haven't even used it. We pulled home, and within weeks, my husband had a medical emergency that doesn't allow us to use the trailer. We tried to sell back to the dealership and they wouldn't even talk to us. They'll consign it, but how long does that take for money to be returned???? Only works if it benefits them!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

We reserved several RVs for a group and half had issues with heat, refrigerators, unempited gray water... They were no show and late for RV replacement. At least they should check units before the leave delivery site.

All of their inventory is over priced. Better off buying from a larger retailer that offers better pricing, inventory and customer service. Sales reps are cocky and rude not sure why anyone would buy from here.

I need a document to get my RV insured. I have left three messages for the finance person and he has yet to respond. They are very quick to transfer you to a voicemail that doesn't return your call!

I cannot tell you strongly enough how terrible my experience has been with this company. It took weeks to get my van picked up after I paid for it. Then the macerator broke on the first trip out and I lost the use of the RV the entire summer --- taking it in three times and spending over $100 in travel costs and 20 hours in the waiting room. I worked with the General Manager, and even tracked down the company owner on LinkedIn to try to get results. It's the end of August, and they finally delivered it to me. I am so disappointed. I am thoughtful about my reviews. Since I left this review, Johnson RV failed us. They did not properly license our Leisure Travel and we incurred tax penalties. My husband did all the legwork and no accountability. They will not return our calls or emails. We will never do business with them again.

I had Johnson RV consign our campervan last year and wish we didn't bother. It was great for them to come pick it up, post, etc. however in retrospect it was almost 'too good to be true'. After hearing how'd they sell it within a couple weeks, communication was lacking / disjointed.
