Customer Service is non-existant! They said they would take care of our problem but then didn't.
Rude. Won't be back. Need to see one of the designs in person to conceptualize the space. They basically refused to show anything unless we sat down and did some long drawn out discussion. I knew exactly what we wanted to look at. Luckily there are plenty of good options out there. Guess they make enough that it doesn't matter if they treat people badly.
I've waited 3 months to post this review hoping the myriad of issues with this dealership would resolve favorably. Today was the final straw. I purchased a 2024 Heartland North Trails for Summer adventures. The salesman recommended I not look at too many units because the more units I looked, the more Indecisive I would become. The battery and other items were supposed to be repaired before we picked up our RV. We were assured they would be, they boasted about their 70 point inspection and refurbishing. Detailing was pathetic, dirt in drawers and someone left chewed up gum in the sink. Concierge who was supposed to go over how everything worked didn't know how to operate anything and spent most of the time trying to get the outside radio working. My wife and I purchased a brand new RV for ~ $150K from these folks in November 2018. At the time it seemed like we had found an honorable outfit to do business with after bad experiences with other RV dealers. Flash forward to mid-October 2021 and my opinion changed. We had an incident on the way home in which the window in our coach door blew out in a windstorm we encountered in Nevada. They are great when they want to sell you something. If you want to sell back that same item, no deal! We bought a 2022 coleman trailer, but we haven't even used it. We pulled home, and within weeks, my husband had a medical emergency that doesn't allow us to use the trailer. We tried to sell back to the dealership and they wouldn't even talk to us. They'll consign it, but how long does that take for money to be returned???? Only works if it benefits them!!!! Buyer beware!!!!
We reserved several RVs for a group and half had issues with heat, refrigerators, unempited gray water... They were no show and late for RV replacement. At least they should check units before the leave delivery site.
