Let me start by saying Josh made made the process of relocating to Texas very welcoming & easy. It's been our experience over the years when it comes to lenders, the people we've worked with in the past never lived up to what we were told over the phone, it was all about how much you had to spend then what can we do to help. Very helpful when it came down...well everything. If there were any problems, I felt like I could ask Josh and his team and have an answer within a hour or so. 10/10 would use again.

I am a single parent of 3, and have did a lot of hard work, to fix my credit to be able to purchase a home. Well being that this is my first time purchasing a home, I wasn't quite aware of how things should go. I let a "anonymous" company start everything up. I just bought my first new home, thanks to Mr. Josh Hanly. I started working with another lender but due to lack of communication and professionalism, I switched to Josh at the last minute and he was able to pick up the pieces to get me going. There were a few hiccups throughout the process due to last minute changes and other things that were out of his control, but Josh and his great team, Anna and Sharon, made this deal happen on time. Josh is very friendly and he was able to clarify most of my questions regarding home loans. It was overall a hassle free process and we were able to complete the closing two days prior to actual closing date.

Josh did such a great job from pre-approval through closing. The only issue that came up was me loosing my ID and even that went off without much more than a hick-up. Highly recommended!

Josh was amazing helping me throughout the process! He was always quick to return my phone calls to answer any questions I had. Although the lending process can be stressful, they try to make it as painless as possible.
