My experience with Josh was amazing. I tend to lead a very busy lifestyle. In the short 2 months I worked with Josh, I was holding down a 40 hour 9-5 job, doing 20 hours of in-class fitness certification, had groomsmen duties for my brother's wedding, training for a 1/2 marathon, and planing a month-long international travel. I had a much more complicated loan process this time around but Josh and his team definitely made sure that I was taken care of. I always had a prompt response, and they were available even on weekends. I've worked with several different lenders in different states and the process always seems the easiest when working with Josh. Definitely recommended.

There was much pressure from Josh's assistant, who, at times, seemed too focused on getting what she asked for without understanding the need or was extremely abrupt, lacking customer service. I spoke to Josh and after that I only dealt with Josh and others who were very business-like, yet sympathetic to my needs and questions, always answering with a positive spin. Josh was extremely helpful during the process and attended the closing helping to answer all questions and give explanations when needed.

Josh Hanly and his team were amazing! They jumped through several hoops for us that needed to be taken care of for us during our loan process. It was extra hard as we were buying a home in Texas while living in Oregon, but they made it as seem less as possible! I would highly recommend him and his team! Thank you!
