Adopted 2 cats from Tracy shelter after New Year's. I went here for 1 time complimentary checkup appt. and rabies vax. I intended to take both cats at the same time, but had trouble getting one in carrier, so they allowed me to reschedule that. One needed eye drops and the other ear drops which I was able to purchase there. I appreciated the schedule accommodation and ability to purchase meds. on site.

My baby girl passed away here and the doc and the whole staff was so caring and understanding. I forgot the name of the vet but she was great. She was calm and reassuring during that time I was breaking down. I am so glad that I brought my baby girl here to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you again, I will never forget your kindness.
We've been bringing our dog Epic to Jules Veterinary for the past few months as she battled cancer. After nearly 12 wonderful years with her, we were faced with the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. I have been taking my pets here since 2019. They always provide great service not only the Vet services, but my dog has been boarded there numerous times.
Everyone at Jules treated me and my sweet boy, Tank, with sincerity and compassion. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Montoya did her best, but, unfortunately Tank crossed over last week do to CHF. Thanks to Dr. Montoya and the office staff for the heart felt effort Tank and I received.

My Mateo has been going to Jules since his first Wellness exam in 2021. Since his records were started there and Jules staff were familiar with him and his littermates. He was pup #9, I believe. Staff have been so wonderful with him, especially when I had to put him in the crate before his appointment. I have the rest of my critters going there. I have been very pleased with their care, being heard when I have a question or concern. They truly care about about the pet and their hooman.
The staff was so welcoming and loving. We took our dog for an emergency, and they were very communicative with all the procedures that needed to be done. We ended up putting our dog down, and couldn't have asked for a better staff. They were so comforting and empathetic. I highly recommend Jules for any pet needs.
