Brian did a fantastic job for us!!! We highly recommend him for your home inspection. We had a short time frame for both the inspection and the report given the high demand for our home. Despite the quick turnaround needed, he was extremely thorough and professional and gave helpful information where needed on the report. He was also extremely personal to work with. We've never had such a great combination of expertise and ease of communication with a home inspector and greatly recommend him and Key Inspection!
Key Inspection Services has fantastic inspectors with high tech tools and great client services. As a real estate broker with over 16 years experience, I appreciate their professionalism and availability since they have 3 inspectors we have used. Our clients have all been very pleased with Farren and his team!
Spectacular! I couldn't use any better word to describe him or his team. I am a Realtor who recommends him to my clients and I just used him on my own purchase and he is AWEESSSOOOMMME. Super personable, friendly, thorough, professional. I always recommend Farren and Key Inspection Services!
Farren West, from Key Inspection Services, came out to look at my potential new condo. He was very thorough and helpful. And he had a nice sense of humor, making the whole inspection pleasant. I got my report via email the next day. The report was very detailed and provided photos of any trouble spots.
Farren is my hero! Long story short, I had an inspection done on a house I had made an offer on, and he found several things wrong that would have caused me a lot of grief and heartache to get repaired. He was very professional and thorough, and the report came quickly (next day). He honestly took a long time to conduct the inspection to make sure he caught as many potential issues as possible. When I decided not to buy that house, he did the inspection on the second home I made an offer on, and was just as fabulous that ti... read more
Farren is awesome!! Our normal inspector was not available on such short notice, so we got a referral for Key Inspection Services. We contacted Brian, who replied immediately and ensured that one of his team members was available to assist us within 48 hours. Farren West came out to help us and he was awesome! He was personable and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He gave us a complete run down of all the things that would need to be addressed and sent a follow up email report of his finding so th... read more
Our realtor's normal inspector wasn't available in a rush, so she called Brian from Key Inspection Services. He did an amazing job, and walked us through everything and answering every single one of our silly questions. We were super impressed! Finally got a chimney sweep out to address Brian's concern for our chimney/fireplace, and even he commented that our inspector was really great to catch that the smoke shelf needed cleaning. It's a pretty big deal when you get complemented on your inspector!
I have used Key Inspection Services on 2 occasions when buying a new home. Both of the homes I had pre-inspected before we made offers. The owner Farren West does an amazing job. He sees things others miss and gives you input and suggestions to help make your decision. He also accomodated my super quick deadline, went out of his way, and made it happen for me. I know Farren to be extremely detailed and as professional as they come. He and his team are super knowledgable, professional, and come highly recommended. ... read more
We hired Brian for inspections on 3 different houses before our last offer was accepted. He was incredibly thorough and tenacious each time. He was also very communicative throughout the process, always willing to take the time to answer my questions as we went through each house. He gave me facts, opinions, and suggestions, and he was always careful to distinguish between them. I learned a ton from him in the ~9 hours we spent together, and I know that I'll be a better homeowner because of the information I gleaned from hi... read more
