I highly recommend Key Inspection Services and Florin as the Key Inspector for doing home inspections. The reason why we are highly satisfied with Florin service is...that he is very friendly guiding support with whom you can raise questions of any type and he will ensure that you get the correct understanding. He is very sharp to inspect your home built deeply and let you know what all areas need to be fixed up before you enter into your new beautiful world. Florin, Farren, Bob, Danielle, all of them - great job! I appreciate your knowledge, detail, responsiveness, patience w/ clients, and sincere efforts you make to assist buyers in making educated decisions. One thing I always note is that they're on time too ;) Danielle is always awesome and has helped me get things scheduled with short notice. So whether you're a realtor, buyer, or someone that just really likes to hang out with home inspectors, they're your guys/gals. Thanks again, your works appreciated!!! 10/10

My inspection was performed by Florin Man. Found him to be a professional. He was informative and friendly throughout the inspection. He climbed up the roof and did a full inspection even though it was raining during our appointment. Would recommend Florin and Key Inspection Services.

They are very prompt and the report are generated very quickly. Thanks for the report, it helped unearthed lots of problem I wouldn't think it will have. Also the inspector Florin is very pleasant guy to talk with.

I just had my newly constructed house inspected (medium sized) by Florin Man. He is very experienced and paid a lot of attention to every detail. He caught all sorts of things I would never have noticed (like paint missing on top of the door, one bathroom sink being loose, other paint issues, caulking issues, and much more). In 24 hours he compiled a very detailed report that I could easily hand off to my builder to have them address the issues. He also educated me about maintenance tips, how various bits and pieces work th... read more

We had a really great experience with both Bob and Farren. The first house that we got inspected by Key Inspection Services unfortunately didn't work out due to a number of issues found during the inspection but we ended up finding another house just a week later. Another buyer had ordered a pre-inspection, which made their offer potentially more desirable. To try and get the house we ordered a pre-inspection as well. Farren was able to squeeze us in before his first inspection the next day, and was on the property less than... read more

Even though our home is new, we decided to hire an inspector to double check the builder's work. This was our third house we bought and Florin performed the most thorough inspection that we have ever seen. He spent over 4.5 hours going through every detail of the house. Florin went on the roof, in the crawl space, checked the gutters, and he provided helpful maintenance tips throughout the inspection. He noticed things that we would have missed in our own walk through and we were able to give the builder a big list of items... read more

Their inspector, Florin, was tremendous!! They were quick to respond to schedule an appointment and provide two different inspections in very short notice. They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They were also great in answering follow up questions! Highly recommend.
