Florin came out to inspect my new home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how thorough he was with his inspection, he gave me lots of useful tips to help keep my home in excellent condition. I highly recommend him!
As others have said, Key Inspection Services is amazing. We had Farren come out for one inspection, which fell through. Then we had Brian come out for another, which we're closing on in the next three weeks. Anyways, the group is super knowledgeable, patient, and made the inspection enjoyable. We have nothing poor to say (except a small problem that was more on us then them). For any inspection in the future, we won't even research who to go with, these guys were amazing.
Key inspection is extremely professional on issues identification and thorough report. Farren is very knowledgable and go out of the way as an inspector to tell you tiny things and tricks as a home owner should know. He will even tell you how to fix it DIY. With such a knowledgable and responsive business owner，you will not find anywhere else. Definitely recommend！
I am a realtor and Farren is one of the few inspectors I use. He is responsive/reliable. My clients have saved thousands in the contract negotiation based on his inspection findings. Farren walks clients through the house, show them how everything works. He is honest/unbiased. I feel confident to sell a house knowing Farren has inspected it.
Out of my Yelp Hiatus to give thanks to the many vendors that helped me with my new home post-close items. First up is Farren form Key Inspection Services. Very easy to schedule, prompt follow-up to confirm the appointment for me new home inspection. Farren came on time and actually made some special arrangements as the home builder was not quite ready for an inspection and he did as much as he could to ensure all items he could check were good. He also took the time to explain items, what additional items to look into, and... read more
We decided to hire an inspector as our one year warranty on our home was coming to an end. We felt it was worth it to make sure we addressed everything that needing fixing/repair. Farren did a great job! He was very thorough with the report we received and it made it very easy for us to submit to our house warranty company. He found a lot of concerns we probably wouldn't have come across on our own. I'm glad we decided on getting an inspection. Thanks again!
Farren did the inspection on our first house, and it was a great pleasure working with him. The walkthrough was thorough and filled with a plethora of information about proper house maintenance so much so that you might want to bring a notebook, but even then Farren has got you covered -- he provides a house maintenance book that you take home with you after the inspection. The inspection was done in a timely manner and the day after he sent us a comprehensive yet easy to digest inspection report. Any followup questions that... read more
I'm a first-time home buyer and I think these guys are great. Farren came to my place, spent literally 4.5 hours looking at everything. He pointed out things that I would never imagine I would have trouble. Pacific Northwest homes are quite different from the ones you find in the East Coast and in other countries. They are made of wood, the roofs are made of shingle for the most part. And that is just to begin the conversation. Anyway, not only Farren gave a full report, he also was very responsive to my questions later on... read more
We worked with Florin. He was the most thorough inspector I have EVER worked with. I have owned two other homes. Even though we are buying a newer home, he spent HOURS overturning every stone and looking in every nook and cranny. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and answered any question we have. In addition, he's so pleasant to talk to - which makes a difference in a long inspection. I didn't feel like I was bothering him and when we pointed out things ("helping"), he went and looked at them, without any... read more
