Very impressed with Key Inspection. We had Florin come by to do the inspection of our new home as we're approaching our 1st year of warranty with the builder. Florin took his time looking through every nooks and crannies. He took photos and documented them for an easy to read report. I highly recommend Florin and Key Inspection.

I am a first time homeowner, thrust into the world of constant maintenance by my grandmother's home passing to me when she passed. I have felt insanely overwhelmed and exasperated by the long list of tasks I face as a homeowner but Brandon at Key Inspection Services made me feel incredibly at ease and informed with his run down of my house. He walked around the entire house (inside, outside, and under) to show me things I should consider fixing and interesting details about my new house. He also gave me a helpful book to det... read more

I was very impressed with Bob's professionalism and speed at which he was able to respond to the appointment to inspect the home I am wanting to purchase. The report was quickly generated and provided me with valuable information on which to base my offer to the seller.

Brandon did a very thorough inspection. He was courteous when explaining the inspection process and made sure I understood all issues found and what would be required to address them.

Their works are pretty neat. I didn't expect to get this much details in the report. Very helpful and recommended.

We've used Key Inspection for 3 homes, and Florin, Brandon, and Brian each were amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer in the ferocious Seattle market, it's difficult to have to give up so many contingencies and legal protection in order to just be competitive. These guys have made our decisions to bid or not immensely easier and given us a lot more peace of mind. Each have been incredibly thorough, kind, and so great about explaining the details they see. They really are pros, and we're super grateful for their wo... read more

I had a pleasant home inspection with Florin today. He checked everything in my house, was very into the details, and gave us wonderful maintenance instructions. I would totally choose him for my further inspections if needed.

I'm very happy with Key Inspection Services. I scheduled an appointment with them to determine whether some issues with my new-construction house were time-sensitive or could wait until the 11-month warranty. Brian helped to determine that the issues weren't as serious as they looked to me, and didn't charge for the consultation at all. Will do a full inspection with Key Inspection Services for my 11-month warranty later this year.
